As a child, Archina dreamed of becoming a doctor. But her journey took a significant turn during biology class when she found herself struggling to dissect a frog—a challenge that would become a defining moment. While her classmates managed to powered through, she realized that science wasn’t her calling. But it was in that very moment of uncertainty that she began to recognize where her true strengths lay.
During her time in the Army, Archina found herself drawn to the world of numbers. When she first opened her own bank account as a young Soldier, it wasn’t just the thought of managing money that intrigued her—it was the ledger in the back of the checkbook. She became fascinated with balancing her finances mentally, marveling at the way numbers worked together in perfect harmony. That interest in structure, order, and problem-solving soon evolved into a deeper passion for taxes and business.
Realizing that biology was never going to be her path, Archina fully embraced her new direction: helping others navigate the complexities of finance. As a business owner and mentor, she now helps individuals and small businesses build financial confidence through taxation and strategic guidance. With her Army-honed leadership skills and a heart for mentorship, Archina is dedicated to empowering others, especially the future generation, to take control of their finances and make informed decisions for a successful future.

Meet Billy Feaster, a master barber with a passion for artistry and an eye for precision. From a young age, he was captivated by the world of art—whether it was sketching, painting, or finding creativity in the everyday. But it was behind the barber's chair where he discovered his true medium: people. With every haircut and shave, he’s crafted more than just styles—he’s created confidence, self-expression, and a safe haven for his clients.
For Billy, barbering is more than a trade; it’s a lifelong love that allows him to blend his artistic vision with his desire to make others feel empowered. The chair became his canvas, and each client’s unique needs his inspiration. Whether sculpting a fade, designing a beard, or simply offering a listening ear, he’s always focused on providing not just a service but a transformative experience.
In opening Top Notch Barber Shop and Beauty Studio, Billy wanted to create a space where everyone could feel comfortable, relaxed, and celebrated for who they are. A place that fosters creativity, connection, and community—much like the one that first nurtured his own growth. For him, the business isn’t just a job; it’s a sanctuary, a place where he can continue to hone his craft while shaping confidence, one client at a time.

Meet Christie Twitty, a brand manager and mentor whose journey to purpose is a testament to resilience and faith. Early in life, she felt a sense that she was meant for something greater, but like many of us, the path wasn’t always clear. She navigated through the storms of life—challenging, unpredictable, and at times overwhelming—but it was in those very storms that she discovered the power of her own story.
Through the highs and lows, she came to realize that her experiences weren’t just for her—they were part of a bigger plan. Her story is one of struggle, growth, and transformation, and she now understands that sharing it can inspire and empower others. With a heart dedicated to helping those around her, Christie believes that her purpose is to motivate, uplift, and encourage others to find their own strength and resilience.
As a mentor, her mission is clear: to guide others toward realizing their potential, to show them that they too can overcome, and to help them see that even in the toughest moments, there is a story worth telling. Through mentorship, she aims to be a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change, reminding others that their challenges don’t define them—they refine them.
Guided by her faith, Christie now embraces her calling with open arms. God’s plan has always been at work in her life, and she is committed to walking in that purpose, helping others do the same.
